Review & Approval

The GLN team reviews your request. Once approved, your account is created and you receive your login credentials. Log in to your account to select your membership plan and complete your payment.

Vetting & Onboarding Call

Once your membership payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to book your onboarding call and a dedicated folder to upload your documents. A GLN team member will complete the vetting process together with you on the call.

Once your vetting is complete, the GLN team verifies your documentation and professionally builds your online listing. Your profile goes live within 72 hours.

Schedule Onboarding

Form Sections To ensure quick approval, have the following ready:

Business Identity

Company name, registered address, and Tax ID. USDOT/MC (if applicable) and legal entity details. Primary service city and coverage area. Accurate information ensures proper verification.

Operational Contacts

Primary dispatch phone and email. 24/7 emergency contact number. Name of operations manager or point person. Clear communication is essential for affiliates.

Communication Preferences

Preferred contact methods: Phone, Email, Text, or API. Dispatch hours and response expectations. After-hours escalation protocol. We prioritize structured, reliable communication.

Compliance Docs

Valid operating license and permits. Certificate of Insurance (COI). Current vehicle schedule and registrations. Documents must be active and verifiable.

Fleet & Rates

Upload two real photos per vehicle (interior and exterior). No AI or stock images permitted. Submit your affiliate rate sheet in a document form (PDF or Excel).

The GLN Guarantee
